Our projects put waste to work. We build soil, grow food, and create spaces where people can dig in and learn by doing.

1. Watershed Field Day 2025 We flip the script on environmental education. 2.  The Dirt Lab. This is not your grandma’s garden. At The Dirt Lab, we get hands deep into the soil to grow food, teach composting, and power real waste-to-soil cycles. ✅ Sponsored by Seed Programs International (SPI) ✅ Powered by student hands, community days, and a whole lot of worms 
3. Pollinator Garden We built a habitat, not a photoshoot. Our pollinator garden is more than pretty flowers—it’s a living system supporting soil, bees, and native bugs. ✅ Sponsored by Wildhorse Foundation ✅ Buzzing with soil life and student-grown plants 
4. Compost Orchard This is where Nickelodeon meets nature. We’re planting fruit trees and layering composting lessons into every inch of the orchard. It’s soil, science, and snacks all in one. ✅ Sponsored by Nickelodeon ✅ Featuring worm bins, soil temperature stations, and a kid-led compost system 
5. Farm Crawl – October 2025 The compost revolution hits the road. Farm Crawl is a self-guided farm tour where you can see, touch, and taste real working farms—including Compost Casa as an official stop. ✅ Featuring compost demos, garden snacks, and dirt-fueled learning
