Watershed Field Day 2025: Reviving a Beloved Tradition
A hands-on educational event where 5th-grade students explore watershed health, soil conservation, and sustainable practices. Activities include examining water life, identifying native plants, discovering fish habitats, and engaging in weather studies. The event, organized by Compost Casa, will feature local experts, interactive activities, and a community BBQ with locally sourced food. It’s an exciting opportunity for students to connect with nature and become future caretakers of the land and water.
